1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EquiDhan website, our community channels, and any research, ideas, content or communications we share (together, the “Service”). By accessing this website, joining our Telegram or WhatsApp groups, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and by our Disclaimer & Risk Disclosure and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. About EquiDhan & the nature of our content

EquiDhan (operated under the name EquiDhan Community) is a community of equity traders that shares market research, trade ideas, charts, news context and general market commentary strictly for educational and informational purposes only. Our goal is to help members learn, build discipline and develop their own independent view of the markets.

We are NOT SEBI-registered investment advisers or research analysts, and nothing shared through the Service constitutes investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. We do not provide personalised, professional or fee-based advisory services of any kind. All content is general information that you must independently evaluate and verify before acting on it.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Indian law. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

• You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable Indian laws and regulations, including those of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and the relevant stock exchanges.
• You confirm that participating in a markets-focused community and trading or investing in securities is permitted for you under your local laws and personal circumstances.
• If you access the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

4. No advisory relationship / No investment advice

Your use of the Service does not create any advisory, fiduciary, broker, portfolio-management or client relationship between you and EquiDhan. We do not know your financial situation, investment objectives or risk tolerance, and nothing we share is intended as a personal recommendation for you.

Any trade idea, price level, watchlist, opinion or piece of analysis you see is shared as information and education only. Before acting on anything, you should do your own research and consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser, chartered accountant, tax professional or other qualified expert as appropriate to your circumstances.

Our founders, team, contributors and members may themselves hold or take positions in securities discussed in the community and may transact in them at any time, so views shared may be subject to conflicts of interest. 5. No guarantees & market risk

Trading and investing in equities, derivatives and other securities involves substantial risk and can result in the partial or total loss of your capital. Markets are volatile and unpredictable.

• We make no guarantee, assurance or promise of any profit, return, performance or outcome. There are no “sure-shot” tips, assured returns or guaranteed gains, and we will never represent otherwise.
• Past performance is not indicative of future results. Any examples, back-tests or historical references are illustrative only and may not be repeated.
• You should never trade or invest money you cannot afford to lose, and you accept full responsibility for the risks of your own decisions.

6. User responsibilities & conduct

By using the Service, you agree that you will:

• Do your own research and due diligence, and consult a SEBI-registered adviser before making any financial decision.
• Treat all content as your own responsibility — you alone decide whether, when and how to act on any information.
• Not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, forward in bulk or publicly republish our content without our prior written permission.
• Not spam, advertise, solicit, run “tips” or promote third-party schemes, referrals or services within our community channels.
• Not act on, share or encourage trading on the basis of insider information or unpublished price-sensitive information (UPSI), which is unlawful.
• Not engage in any market manipulation, fraud, pump-and-dump activity, front-running, or any other unlawful market conduct.
• Not harass, abuse, impersonate or mislead other members or our team, and not post unlawful, defamatory or offensive material.

7. Third-party platforms

Our community operates partly through third-party platforms such as Telegram and WhatsApp. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies, which are separate from these Terms. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, security, content, moderation, data practices or conduct of any third-party platform or its other users. Any external links we share are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement.

8. Intellectual property

All content we create and share — including research notes, written analysis, charts, graphics, branding, the EquiDhan name and logo, and the design of this website — is owned by or licensed to EquiDhan Community and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and use it for your own personal, non-commercial reference only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EquiDhan, its founders, members, team and contributors shall not be liable for any trading or investment losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, or any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service or your reliance on any content. You make your own decisions at your own risk, and the entire risk of any action you take based on the Service rests with you.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless EquiDhan Community, its founders, members, team and contributors from and against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your trading or investment decisions, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

11. Membership, moderation & termination

Membership in our community is a privilege, not a right. We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, moderate content, mute or remove members, restrict access, or close, suspend or terminate any channel or the Service entirely — including for any breach of these Terms or any conduct we consider harmful to the community. You may also leave the community and stop using the Service at any time.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update or revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our community or applicable law. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms, so please review this page periodically.

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
